She took care of it in less than 5 minutes.

 

IIRC the postcard that I got from Woodcraft had a phone number on the bottom.

 

Just going by memory-----it's been longer than 30 seconds ago!!!! (more like a month)

Thanks, Smitty, I guess that will be my next step. It just should not be this difficult.
