    Late model...it does say Bailey...And a red filled Stanley Lever cap..

    Not too crazy about those Bake-lite handles...

    Apparently, to avoid import taxes to the English Commonwealth....Stanley had to either make or assemble it's tools in either Roxton Pond, QUE, CAN.   or over in England
