I'm tired of emails from this site. I click on the unsubscribe link and it doesn't work. How do I stop it? Thanks.

You can stop emails by making changes in your profile. Give me a couple of minutes and I'll get you instruction

 

Make sure you are logged in and go to the Patriot home page. Once there look at the upper left corner for your user name-

 

 

Clink on your user name and you will see a drop down window-

 

 

Look of Account Settings and click on it-

 

This will send you to your account and all of the manageable settings-

 

 

One the right side of the screen look for "Other Settings" and click on "Notification Settings"

 

On this screen, scroll to the bottom  right and click on "Stop All Email Notifications"

 

If you would rather receive SOME emails, You can manage those settings on this same page.

 

 

 

What kind of emails are you getting OnlyMe?

To answer your question, you cannot delete the account, but we can delete your profile, and the content you already submitted will state by anonymous.

But as Lew suggested, you can control your email at your account page. Wish you wouldn't go, but I do understand.

A thought,  I suspect many other members have disabled the email notifications as well.  No need to clog up an email account with excess emails if I check in daily and such.  Some of us are rather chatty so I can understand not wanting an email every time one of us decides to post.

YEAH! What he said! I think on all my various online accounts I have the e-mail option disabled.
