I pick up the back of mine with a floor jack, then set 4x6 blocks under the rear tires. Once I just took the deck off because the nuts wouldn't break loose (couldn't secure the shaft to get them loose). Put the impact wrench on it to get them off. That actually wasn't a bad way to do it, gave the deck a good cleaning at the same time.

How do you guys lift your ZTs for blade removal?

I would use a floor jack and jack stands...

Wow I've not seen and oldy but goody like that in years. I would guess my larger floor jacks are a bit shorter than that. Judging by the tire on the Ridgeline that must be 4' or a bit longer.

Like you JT, that's a type I haven't seen in a long, long time. Last one was when my dad had a service station/garage back in the early 60s.

That's 3 of us Fred & Jt. Looks like an old Walker model? Top line jack in its day.

Yep, this one came from a service station/garage.

:TwoThumbsUp:That's just what that HEAVY SUCKER is. :D

My Dad bought it used in the early 1970's.

It's easier for me to lift the front of the zero-turn and slide the milk crate under with my foot than to drag the floor jack around. ;)

Hmm the front end looks like a Ridgeline, I've not looked at a Pilot but have a 2022 Ridgeline.

06 Pilot LX picked it up real cheap from the neighbor.

Has 275K+ miles on it and I wouldn't hesitate to take it on long trips.

Honda has been super reliable for me for the last 20 years or so being a former Chevy man.

2 Honda Fits bought new, 2008, 2016. 345,000 miles (Still driving the 16). Other than brakes, oil, tires, and scheduled maintenance, I had to replace a transmission sensor. $146.00. My commute to work is 60 miles round trip, mostly highway. I’d estimate 35 MPG over the 345,000 miles.

On the 2009 Honda Civic Hybrid they had a battery problem so Honda increased the warranty from 5 years to 10 years! We did get the battery changed for $0.

I'm somewhat retired when my customers let me, so not as much driving as before. The wife is retired and right now we drive her 2019 Insight Hybrid usually as it gets > 50 MPG. Honda has been so trouble free.

Both Honda vehicles get serviced at 5.000 mile intervals... I used to do all my own service work but no more.

I think you have to read it traditionally which is down each column from right to left... that may be cornfusing you.

It might be built in Alabama, but the Factory Service Manual may as well be printed in Japanese.  ... :ChinScratch: ... :WonderScratch: ... As in Say What? :Tapping:
