That is one really nice cabinet.  Love how the doors are supportive of the extended table top.  That stool design is a great idea.  

 

I have learned that a small independent hardware store is cheaper by at least 25% over the big box stores for such things as threaded piping.  Just purchased some to mount our TV antennae and saved at least $25.

To answer your question about local hardware stores, 1 in Warrington, 1 in Brownsville, 1 in West Pensacola and 1 in Ensley right next door to Tractor Supply.  I prefer the local hardware stores to get only what I need instead of a bag or package of which I have to dispose of the other 90 units.  It's like throwing away money to buy from the big box stores and the selection is so much better at the local hardware stores.  And, if they don't have it, I can always give Gunny a call.  I may not like his prices as well.
