Can anyone tell if that is a Harbor Freight lathe?  Best of my memory says that is what it is.  

if you post on YT an opinion they don't like, they will toss your video off the site (like about the cooties), but if you show unsafe tool usage....eh, i guess they figure people are smart enough not to try to copy that and hurt themselves.....sigh.

Badge on tool is Central Machinery which is H-F brand (go H-F as @Dadio would say:P)

I'd guess it's a real challenge to keep it from rusting. Also hope he has it wired to a GFCI:o
