Record Power customer service.

When I bought my Record Power lathe a lot of people were wondering how their customer service would be with them being in the UK including myself. I have not had any problems. I love the lathe. I received an email from Highland Woodworking which is who I bought it from. They said they shipped me something. I called because I didn’t order anything. I was told that a few people had trouble with the controller so Record Power is sending a new one to everybody that bought one of those lathes. I thought that was very good. Now I will have a spare controller in case I need one. Sounds like Record Power customer service is nothing to worry about.

I have had some great customer service but I can't remember ever having something replaced "just it case" it might break. That's great!

That new one will insure that the original never goes bad but what a good feeling to have it.  That is great service.  I lost a controller on my Delta 46-460 in a storm once, cost almost $400.00.  I kept an eye out and bought a good used controller and a motor for half that and will probably never need them but who knows?

Kudos to Record Power!
