I've been working on a project to reorganize and refit my workshop over the last several weeks.  Here are the results along with the new ShopSmith Mark 7 that replaced most of my stationary tools.  Panning clockwise from the far right corner.

 

While it's true that a project like this can never be truly finished, this is better than it's been in a long time.

 ... I'll bet my mesterpiece of a shop makes yours look clean.  ... There is/was a shop in there somewhere! 

I like to keep my shop clean for a couple of reasons.  The first is that I hate clutter cause when you have stuff all over the place you can never find what you're looking for.  Usually something you just put down a few seconds ago.  The second is self preservation.  My shop is in the basement of our house so keeping it clean helps to keep down the sawdust I bring back upstairs with me.  That keep the wife happy, ya know, happy wife happy..................
