The MWTCA only accepts a verified source to support your answer, so one should be submitted with your answer, such as a patent, catalog entry, tool book reference, or a respectable website on the subject. Do not let these requirements prevent you from having fun and submitting educated answers on the subject without verification, we can worry about references later. April 3, 20214 yr Looks like a device to lock cable ends into a loop. This I think crimps the metal device that holds the cable loop in place. like the device in this video but hand held. Edited April 3, 20214 yr by Gerald
April 3, 20214 yr That long handle? Looks more like a spike one can drive into the ground, or into a hole in a Telephone pole....to hold the tool steady, while you use both hands to do the crimping.. Like when they had to custom cut guy wires for the poles....either to the eye bolt in the pole, or the ground anchor....
