Made some of these last year and had an order for two this year.  Sold them for $25.00 each.  The girl was buying one for her sister and niece and said they were the most beautiful ornaments she has seen.  I thought she should have one so I gave her one as a gift.  I made one and gave her that one and the two I had here for me.  I just made these two to replace mine.

Those are little glass angels.  They come on a string of eight in the bead/jewelry section at Hobby Lobby.  I take them and put them on a 2" jewelry pin also from Hobby Lobby.  View this thread from last year for rundown.

I made a jig for them that works well. That's why Mike Peaces video in the Wednesday Wisdom thread was so inreresting to me.  He sure had an array of them.

Well now I guess I have a project for next year. Thanks. I made my stands slightly different.

Those are super.  Pine or other conifer woods.  It appears to be pine or a sibling.  Thanks for all the info.  Will be checking Michaels after I get my vaccinations.  Doing only necessary trips these days.  A tank of gasoline will last just about a month.  LOL

Straight grained fir is all I know.  Salvaged panel doors from an old house demolition.
