December 2, 20205 yr Popular Post I wanted to make a special ornament for my granddaughter, but I have run out of exotic wood. So I went thru my stuff to see what I could find. I don't like turning Acrylic, it is such a mess. I did find one piece full of color, along with small pieces of Yellow Heart and some kind of red scrap. The size and grain dictated the final form. It is just over three inches long. Edited December 2, 20205 yr by Ron Altier sp

December 2, 20205 yr Popular Post I’m sure we have thrown out a Christmas tree with an ornament still on it, hidden. Doesn’t really bother me, we buy the ornaments by the dozen. If I had something like the ones you make, I would spend half a day, stripping that tree to make sure I wasn’t losing one of those. Beautiful.

Paul I get all my most ornament hardware at Hobby Lobby earring crafting isle. Most must be altered to fit. I also get some from Amazon. Same hardware, but much cheaper in quantity. I can buy 50 items on Amazon that a six pack cost at Hobby Lobby.

December 9, 20205 yr Author Post a link I found the hardware on the web by searching the name for the part after I bought them at Hobby Lobby, I found that Amazon also carried them by name listed. However they have them in much bigger quantities.
