You guys have any particular paring knife or set of that you are fond of ?

Thanks! We were very fortunate. We only had .75" of rain and no storms. Just 50 mile east had major flooding.

There should be plenty of fresh wood.  Man, what a harvest!  I saw some beautiful maples, oaks and a few trees I don't recognize topple.
