    Reminds me of American factorys up until about the 1990's.  Except, more Asian workers.  The uniforms of the first part remind me of Navy uniform in the 1960's and 1970's.  But the work was like American factories except for all the safety safeguards and all the automation.  Yes, I have been there and loved it.  It is called skilled labor.
