The right side of my end vise binds up. You'll see the left side move in, and the right side binds. I have completely broken down this vise, all the way. Cleaned, reamed out the holes a millimeter or two, waxed it all down, reassemble, it works fine for a few months then goes back to its wicked ways. From around 6" open it's fine, get beyond that it starts binding. While opening and closing.
Any suggestions are welcome.

If possible take both guide rods and put together side by side and roll them.  I am thinking one is slightly warped. 

 

Or if possible swap them

 

a) does not bind anymore, hard to say why this might happen 

 

b) binds on left side now, something is wrong with the guide rod 

 

c) still binds on same side, something is wrong with the alignment on the right side the rods are okay

 

 

I have to agree but since I didn't see the video as my machine told me that the video is not available.  I would swap just to test.  Also, I would put a bit of axle grease or something like that on the screw just to keep it lubricated.  Run the screw in and out to spread the grease.  It will eventually smooth out and be great, but paste wax is the proper response for the guide tubes.

The center screw runs beautifully, it's hanging up in the tubes somewhere.

Thank you, John.  Yes, I got to see it.  Thank you for reloading it.  

The holes on the right side appear to be darker than the left.  May be the camera angle.  If the darkness is cause by friction.  Sand the dark side of hole a bit to add clearance.
