February 18, 20206 yr I got this stuff in a machinist tool box many years ago. Some parts kinda look like center rest riders. But the little round rollers might be some kinds of cutters? Any ideas?
February 18, 20206 yr I would have to agree with the steady rest rollers. The bottom appear to be some type of tool holder. Might be from a vintage quick change type holder.
February 19, 20206 yr The top ones I have no idea, but I suspect the 3 pointed tools may be moulder blades. Moulder is normally a round object with 2, 3 or 4 blades that are inserted. You can change the blades to effect the molding you desire to make. They normally are tightened into the wheel with a set screw. https://www.grizzly.com/products/Grizzly-Moulding-Knife-Picture-Frame/G4559 .
