Popular Post John Morris Posted November 5, 2019 Popular Post Report Posted November 5, 2019 Wouldn't this make a wonderful tool cabinet conversion? The case is there, just add dividers and such, reinforce the doors and install piano hinges, I've been on the lookout for sometime now. I like the style too. Only 125 bucks, just a couple miles from me. I love repurposing, this I think would do the job. Gerald, Gunny, Al B and 5 others 8 Quote
Popular Post Danl Posted November 5, 2019 Popular Post Report Posted November 5, 2019 I believe that would make a GREAT tool cabinet. Good bones. Can't wait to see what you do to it so I can borrow your ideas (some day). Danl Artie, Al B, Cal and 3 others 6 Quote

Popular Post Smallpatch Posted November 6, 2019 Popular Post Report Posted November 6, 2019 John I don't think you could buy the wood and put a finish on it for that much. And it might take you two months to build it using that neat saw combination you got! Dadio, Gunny, HARO50 and 4 others 2 5 Quote
Popular Post Gunny Posted November 6, 2019 Popular Post Report Posted November 6, 2019 Nice find, do try and stay of the most wanted list when you pick this thing up!!! Gerald Posted November 6, 2019 Report Posted November 6, 2019 Yes that would make a great Studley clone , ,,,,,only 6 times the size. But yes I could see this great for controlling dust on your tools Gunny, Artie, John Morris and 1 other 4 Quote

John Morris Posted November 6, 2019 Author Report Posted November 6, 2019 Thanks for your encouragement guys! Found it on Facebook Market Place, their seem to be a lot of great things with good prices there, sometimes folks just want the items gone from their home, no cost, just pick it up and get it out of there. I called and nobody answered, perhaps they already moved out. I'll try again today. p_toad, Gunny, HARO50 and 2 others 1 1 3 Quote

kmealy Posted November 7, 2019 Report Posted November 7, 2019 Dang! Looked like a major SCORE! Hang in there, with the latest generations of TVs - less depth and larger screen sizes, lots of people are getting rid of their "entertainment centers." HARO50, Cal, Gunny and 1 other 4 Quote

They are Keith, that is why they are so cheap right now. I've been looking under keyword "Armoire" and finding these low cost treasures, I have pretty good luck using "Cabinet" too, but the Armoirs seem to have the size and height I want in a tool cabinet. This was a neat piece though, hey, been waiting a year to come across the right one, I guess this one just wasn't the right one. Cal, HARO50, Artie and 2 others 4 1 Quote

Popular Post oldwoodie Posted November 9, 2019 Popular Post Report Posted November 9, 2019 I was given a large entertainment center, and I am going to add a couple of shelves and put it in my study to shelve books. It also has one smaller cabinet for both sides which will be great to show off some of my antiques and deer antler pens I turned. Cal, Gunny, HARO50 and 2 others 5 Quote
