I have one like this but it does not have a chuck. The drill bits are mounted into a threaded adapter and screw directly into the angle drill. I believe you can remove the chuck and the bits would be able to be screwed into your angle drill. I just googled aircraft drill bits and this website came up and this is the type of bit I am talking about.  The bits are in various sizes and lengths so you can drill in a very tight space. I have always found bits at the local flea market. Here are some links to look at.

I picked up a tool box just like that a few years ago at our junkyard. 

My box came FULL of good drill bits. Mine has the Kennedy label on it.
