March 28, 20197 yr comment_184492 I made this ornament 2 years ago. It recently to a trip down the steps and damaged some of wood trimmings on it. I wanted to turn it down again to make it slimmer, however I'd probably destroy it trying. So I settled for filling in the missing areas and covering with glitter. Report

December 27, 20196 yr Author comment_213565 Tell us how you do the glitter.... It is super expensive.......I get it at the dollar store children's art section...... 2 plastic squeeze bottles...Silver & gold in a larger size.....$1.00 6 other colors in smaller plastic containers....$1.00 Apply by squeezing out the amount you want where you need it and allow to dry overnight.........its water soluble. Then I spray with clear finish along with the rest of the wood. Report

Of all people my 12 year old daughter showed me this trick. Report
