Finally got it done.  Glued up some left over Red Oak flooring for the rails.  Drill press is installed on it and the working height is so much better.  It rolls around just fine.  I rate it a 'buy'......good product for the $.  Thank you again for recommending it.

I like the ones Grizzly sells...

Do what you wish, but I do not recommend putting a floor standing drill press on a mobile base.
