My son is remodeling his basement and is planning to use Kraft faced fiberglass insulation.  Does he need to install a barrier between the insulation and inside of the exterior wall?  Danl

    I never use FG insulation in a basement...

    moisture and and mold may become a serious issue later... VOE

    Put up a closed cell (extruded) polystyrene..
