@Larry Buskirk...

Thanks for your time to move and reformat the many archived posts to active content. Many like myself were not here when they originally posted so most all have been "new" to me. Rather one restores old machinery or not, there already has been great resource and information content made available.

Won't speak for all, but I'm loving it! Glad you're back and keep up the good work!

Dave,

Many that were here when they were originally posted wondered if I was all there anyway. Some still do. :1061968236_WhoMe:

Who says I'm back? :2087728586_WonderScratch: Are you sure I'm not a figment of some warped imagination? :blink:

I'm enjoying going through the "old archived posts", and I'm glad you're enjoying them also.:D

Some of the posts were never finished (including some of mine) and I have emailed some of the original posters to see if they care to come on back and finish what they started. These weren't finished due to the software change because we simply couldn't add to the existing post. I'll be finishing up my old posts when I can get back to them. A lot of my photos etc. are currently stuck in our old memory box (PC) that suffered a lightening strike a couple of years or so ago. W10 doesn't play well with my old Kodak, but I have managed to figure out a work around. Some of my old posts had photos that didn't make it through the software migration from the old to new software platforms, and I have managed to replace most of them. In some of the other old posts the text somehow ended up in follow up posts which made it kind of fun to figure out what belonged where. I would get one post edited only to find the text that belonged in it in the following post! Thankfully the following posts quoted the previous post so I could figure out where the text belonged.

Man, is my MO that obvious when I'm on here?:blink: And all the while they (the little voices in my head) told me I was getting better.

I lost mine when my Atari went down and I upgraded to the Commador, of course the vintage machines weren't vintage then either.:1897423278_OldManSmiley:

Herb,

Sorry, but the post you referred me to is already posted on the new software platform.

The posts I'm bringing "Back From The Archives" were done on the old software platform, and needed updating to remove problems that occurred during the migration from the old to new platforms. Doing so also allows current users to post comments to these "Archived" posts. Something that could not be done up until the point of redoing them. If you check out the archived posts in the section below you will see what I mean.

The section is located towards the bottom of the Forums front page just above the who's online section at the bottom.
