July 24, 20187 yr I always go to Woodcraft for the most updated environmental info. The clerks barely know where the front door is. Last time I went there they insisted I give them my address and tel no. I walked out and bought the item on Amazon.
July 24, 20187 yr Pete, since most Woodcraft stores are franchise operations, there's no telling what level of knowledge the clerks have. That being said, my one experience at the Phoenix store was far from satisfactory, also. That was over 10 years ago. Doesn't sound like much has changed, there. However, other Woodcrafts I've visited were staffed with some very knowledgeable and friendly folks. IIRC, when I signed up for my Prime account with Amazon, I had to provide my address, phone#, CC info, birth date and, blood type. Edited July 24, 20187 yr by Gene Howe
