Popular Post p_toad Posted July 14, 2018 Popular Post Report Posted July 14, 2018 I posted some of these over on Tool Talk, but thought i might share them here, too. A few old Kennedy tool boxes and some tools that are currently hiding in them. Yes, that's a drawknife in the one with the various hammers. the rules are for scale. The inside micrometer was in the first box i ever got which had been left in a house we moved into. Cal, Grandpadave52, Stick486 and 2 others 5 Quote

Grandpadave52 Posted July 14, 2018 Report Posted July 14, 2018 (edited) Love seeing these! Awesome set of old Starrett mics and the inside mic set being Lufkin is pretty rare. It's been a long time since I've sen a slide rule & a Post no less along with all the 3 sided drafting/engineers rule. Very cool... I love old tools and I cannot lie. EDIT add: Oh...I just went back and saw the old adjustable feed grease pencil---I've got one of those...suppose you can still get re-fills? Gerald Posted July 14, 2018 Report Posted July 14, 2018 Never had much use for those but I never had to take calculus either. It was neat to use those before calculators. I remember in college seeing the math people with one on their belt. HARO50 and Grandpadave52 2 Quote
