No way I'd have a router table/ shaper without a track...too many times it's needed....

Actually would lke t track in the work table like Kevin mentioned but concerned it will interference with something else... something else to think about I guess.....

I haven't got any T-track in my router table, but I have been debating putting some in for featherboards. I haven't needed to use a hold-down yet.

For my little cabinet version I didn't put in any either.  My primary use for it is rounding over edges so I leave a roundover bit with a bearing in it set at a common height for 3/4 boards.  

 

I have to have it for coped ends on doors...
