That is incredibly cheap, though it might take a very large RPC to make it run.

Kinda' like the new one Tommy MacDonald was upgraded to in his new shop replacing his "old" SS. I don't think my 6x12 trailer would be big enough or rated high enough to haul that.

I'm wondering if it is a typo and should have been $7500.  Wouldn't fit in my basement shop either.

Wow.   Maybe POTUS will buy it when he's in Y-town tonight.

 

Several years ago, PopWood had a sliding table saw in their shop for evaluation.  I kept waiting for the review because the editor I talked with really liked it.   Never saw it published, so I don't know what happened with it.

Wonder why no one has built a 10"- 12" table saw with a sliding table. 

Shopsmith had one where the bade was pulled through the cut. Never caught on, though.

Looks like a great restoration project. There is only two problems...3 Phase power and I'd have to get rid of all of my other tools to get it into the garage!

Trivia: I was born in Warren and lived due east of Warren and due north of Y-town until college.  It was really depressing to go back and visit family in the '70s and '80s, the industry was all dying, plants and mills shuttered, high unemployment.  Heard, "Are you still working?" more than once.  A few new companies tried to start up and soon failed.  I've heard there streets in the town so full of vacant houses that the city just wants to close them to save maintenance costs.

True only the houses are all gone.  Torn down for safety reasons.
