I paid $11,500 for the last house we lived in and I got it at 7% interest. I figured if fI waited another 6 months the interest rate would come down. It came down 40 years later

Moved once in my life 20 years ago.  That is a traumatic experience and I don't want to do it again.  This place is my dream home and I take care of it as needed.  I'm am not against hiring things done.

That's where I'm at right now, maybe in another 3-4 months I'll be able to work in the shop......as for not moving, sometimes life dictates you move whether you want to or not.

The only way I'll move again is if I hit the Power Ball lottery. Then I'll get a comfortable ranch type home and a big well equipped shop.
