Can you tell me what your operating system is your using on your computer, and what browser you are using? Also it appears you are using dual 20" monitors, can you please confirm that?

That side bar that is popped out to the right of our main layout, is not supposed to do that, it's supposed to resize with the screen and you should be able to see the entire website on any size desktop screen.
