1 peice hickory milled down to 1/4" , 2 peices Baltic birch plywood with hickory strips bandaided to the bottom, using a paint roller to spread the glue, lots of clamps, any idea what I'm making??

Looking at the adjustable jig, I would say you do this for a living.  Roly

 

when they built castles, the stairs spiraled up clockwise (looking from above), so that a right handed defender could just reach around the corner with his sword and defend himself and his damsel from climbing attackers.  these stairs, in the words of John Candy in "planes, trains, automobiles" are "GOING THE WRONG WAY!"  or you don't have a damsel you are worried about.

got the same set or near to it...

and the template/frame is adjustable for different radii...
