January 21, 20179 yr I inherited from my dad a Black and Decker 7614 Router, Type 1, 1-1/2 HP, 25,000 RPM, 9.0 amps, that runs exceptionally well. I would like to find a Straight and Circular Guide that fits this router. Any suggestions on a Black and Decker or any other brand that might be a fit? January 21, 20179 yr Welcome Skip, I did a little googling and I found some Type 3's but no Type 1. On that note, have you thought of making your own? From what I saw of the Type 3's they appear to be made a little cheaply, I think you could make some straight and circle guides that will suit you better.
January 22, 20179 yr Welcome Skip. I'll agree with John, making your own would be the way to go. Bing search shows little in the way of guides for B&D. Circle guides are available. Homemade are endless. Remove the base plate from your router and use as a template for drilling the holes to match your router, you my have to purchase longer screws.
