Many years ago B&D started DeWalt out as B&D's industrial line of products. B&D has always owned them as far as I know. It's strange how B&D can have such a successful company such as DeWalt, but then they buy up Delta and let it go down the tubes. As far as Stanley goes, they still have some tools that I like.
