Maybe put one on each end for left cut, right cut ,unless you found a raker tooth.

Now that's pretty cool!

I just recently got a Harbor Freight angle grinder and I have a couple of old saw blades-I'm set!!!

I had an old harbor freight 10" and quickly cut our a prototype. It worked really well. I would not use it as it is. I would make it properly. I would make it longer and a nicer handle. Don't think angle would do any harm. I did not have any problem with bending

That's a great idea!

What do  you consider as thin?

I have a old sacrificial blade that is either 1/16" or 3/32". It has some teeth missing. I wonder if it will have too much flex.

This one is one 16ths blade and one eight tooth and has no bendage. However the length is only about 3"
