I stacked and glued the boards in the rough shape of a "U", then passed it sideways over the tablesaw blade many times, raising the blade about 1/32 each pass, to hog off the corners and finish out the 90 degree cove shape. Tablesaw blades weren't really meant to cut this way, so the blade chattered some, leaving a pretty rough surface. I dammed up a section of the cove, lined it with plastic wrap and poured it full of plaster of paris. When the plug of plaster hardened, I wrapped it in sandpaper and sanded the cove with it, starting with 60 grit and ending with 220. The rest was easy . . .

December 16, 20169 yr Beautiful work Andy. I have always been a huge fan of anything with the Qbert pattern like in your first cutting board.
