Hey, you tried!!!!!! And that means something around here Dab! Thanks for the effort!

Same story here, too. A bit closer than DAB but, still over 150 miles.

Hope they get a great turnout, though.

eh, i'm up to my eyeballs in a bath renovation (new drywall up today and first coat of mud on the joints), and then some more tile flooring this week.  new shower door arrives next monday, so i can finally use the shower.  once the flooring is mostly done, then have to design and build a new vanity (8 drawers planned), new wall storage cabinet, and some floor mounted storage cabinets as well. (see, it eventually comes around to woodworking).

wiring, plumbing, carpentry, cabinetry, painting, tiling.....busy, busy.

John (Moody), did the green egg table stuff slow down (?), hadn't seen any recently. Back to this post: I spent the weekend getting my stuff ready for the partition wall I'm erecting in my someday-to-be shop. All my 10' boards were some other length, so I had to get them trimmed up.

I haven't made as many this year, but I finished two recently and got an order for one Saturday that will be a Christmas gift.

Finished this over the weekend. You know you cannot have a rifle without a target.....so this is it.IMG_0911.JPG

I made a target stand out of PVC pipe and 1" pink board for the target backer that works really well. It is designed for portability. Is yours going to be mounted more permanently? I like your design - simple and easy.

Kelly the top is just sitting there by gravity. The little boxes on the ends allow the legs to be slipped in for a fit. PVC Costs too much and is much heavier so I prefer wood.

Pretty cool Gerald...heck of a shot you are placing the holes and spacing the holes like you did on that Masonite. Thanks for sharing your idea.

LMAO, that's what I was thinking.

Great minds think alike!

John
