Fred Wilson
Hey, scrollers I think we all know that without practice, our cuttings start to suffer. Do you have a favorite practice pattern? If so, would you mind sharing? I have attached one of my favorites. Smallpatch
Fred it sounds good for a person to keep his brain and fingers and eyes all fine tuned. Only I choose to do it while making something. I don't have enough wood to practice on then throw it away. I spent the last few nights going through google searching for things to make with mostly the scrollsaw. I have printed out enough work to last me till Christmas working every day sawing. This stuff I make is my style of practice. This picture of the lion I have to make another but I am leaving it for last on the list. Lots of practice in more ways than one on him... It takes the larger items multi pages off the printer and I have to tape them together and that is what I was doing today plus sawing up wood for each picture. The indian on the horse has six pages to put together before I start changing things the original author didn't do good enough on. Fred Wilson
Yep, it sure looks like you have enough to "practice" on.
