Welcome!

First off we'd like to thank @Fred W. Hargis, Jr for suggesting a Home Improvement Forum! Thank you Fred! Through Fred we learned that some members were inquiring about an HI forum and he contacted us on the matter, after some discussion among our staff, we thought it would be a wonderful addition to our community.

So have at it folks, submit your topics and images and inquiries to this forum regarding the improvement of your home, commercial establishment, or investment property.

We will start to peruse our forums for lost Home Improvement topics that we can move here, so we can seed and populate the forum for better indexing of your content.

We look forward to seeing your home improvement projects now and into the future!

I must say, there are a LOT of businesses in this country today that should model their customer service after what you guys do here when a member asks a question or suggestion about upgrades, additions and expansions of this Site.

You guys are AWESOME!!

Hope this sees the traffic I've seen in other HI forums. I know I'll be looking for some advice!

I am sure if you post it, they will answer

Sounds great. Thanks, Fred and John.

This should be a great addition to the forums. We're all DIY'ers and not necessarily experts at it.

Excited to have found this thread! I have been in the home improvement and handyman business for more than 20 years and am here to offer any advice and suggestions that I can. Check out this custom railing job I did not too long ago.

Looks great handyman!

We love pros here in this community, just be aware we don't allow advertising of professional services.

Other than that, welcome aboard!

Welcome to TPW!!!

Nice work on the railings.  Now out of curiosity how long did that job take you?  And do you have some of the project in progress pictures?
