September 25, 20169 yr It appears to me that the knurling on the two center pieces has different patterns. What i want to know is; do those spin on a central shaft? Do the brass pieces spin or are they part of the central shaft?
September 25, 20169 yr Looks like a couple of pulleys between the bushings The wood surface is rounded except for one side as though it would be resting on a surface when in use. The handles may be for setting belt tensions, probably in a weaving process.
