I got 3 different striped wood color blocks. I'm finding out that some of the colors are more color fast and don't bleed as much. I kinda like this one, but will have to to better next time. These colors hold much better than the blue/white did.

Did you watch the video cliff posted about the guy turning spindles? That fellow has some serious skew skills!

He sure does and I won't achieve that level

I guess I am finally going to have to break down and get me a bead tool or 2, if for nothing more than the uniformity it would provide on certain turnings.

 

This gives me an idea of what to do with a piece of color wood that I have that I didn't get to use for the original purpose, nice turning Ron.
