Larry, You do great work in creating the artwork for these badges. I have used a number of them from here and the ones you have on the VM site for my machine rehabs. I was wondering what software you use and have you ever thought of posting a tutorial on how to do this?

Gerry,

I use a mix of GIMP, Inkscape, and the photo software in Windows Photo Gallery.

Gimp, and Inkscape have a rather steep learning curve, I'm still learning some of the features myself. <_<

That is why I use a mix of software, I've managed to figure out certain features of each that will allow me to do this or that but not all in one single software package.

If you saw some of the files used just to do one image, you'd think there was no way that this could possibly be done.

As to doing a tutorial, I'm afraid that I would just leave people totally confused with my approach at doing these.
