I am getting ready for the last craft show of the year and it has been a busy several weeks in the shop.

 

 

I have felt like the 12 days of Christmas, 12 Large Cutting Boards, 11 Medium Cutting Boards, 10 Small Cutting Boards and so.

 

But we are getting there and hey it is only 19 days till Christmas.

 

 

 

So how about the rest of you Patriot Woodworkers, what is on your agenda this weekend? Are you pushing to finish projects for Christmas? We here at TPW love to see and hear about the projects you are working on, so share with us your projects and pictures.

 

As I am getting ready for the outdoor show tonight, it is looking like rain here and that is not a good thing. But we have no control over that and we will just do what we can.

Sweet looking cutting boards, John!

 

I need to put a sealer on the two little jewelry boxes so the Mom can "shabby chic" them for the girls Christmas presents. I have felt to line the top and drawers. I think here's a case where flocking would be a real time saver. 

 

 

 

Nice stuff guys.  I'm in a waiting mode.  There's a guy in our Sunday School class that I'm helping build a loft for his daughter.  The wood has been joined and planed and I'm waiting for his assistance.  Hey Lew, I have a flocking kit and it is really the way to go.

The more I think about it, the more I agree with you. Cutting and fitting all that felt is going to be a real pain!

 

Where did you get your flocking kit?

I bought mine on ebay Lew.  The glue, maroon flock, black flock and the applicator was just under $25.

I got the power steering that went out Thanksgiving night on my truck fixed (I hope), so now I get to replace a break hose that blew on the Jeep tonight!
