Apparently his family is filling the orders but they are asking for patience as most of them are at the hospital, so it may take a little extra time.

Thanks Lew, I didn't have any trouble getting them and I remember talking to his wife on the phone and she didn't mention it so I am thinking that maybe it happened after my order since I don't really remember when that was.
