Our business name search turned up two business's with our new name. After I payed for a business name inquiry with my own State of California, the name "The American Workshop" came up as in use. Arrrghh! There was a similar name "American Workshop's" came up in a DBA search.

The runner up to The American Workshop was The North American Woodworker's.

 

I am now submitting a search for this name.

 

This time, I will wait until I know The North American Woodworker's is available before we purchase the domain name. Sorry for the long bureaucratic red tape wait guys. This is a little more complicated then previously thought of.
