Hi Ace, So far we have 4 replies for calling the Build Center a “machine†and 5 replies for calling the Build Center a “toolâ€. You can see why we find it difficult to decide. Maybe someone out there has a good solution to solve this dilemma once and for all?

Any other thoughts from anyone on this? Is the Build Center a 'tool" or a "machine". We are bringing out more unique woodworking products in the very near future and I wonder if we will have the same dilemma in deciding "tool" or "Machine".

Add up the "Tools" and "Machine" and you will have your answer.  Post the results here.  I voted "Tool."

it looks like a big fancy clamp to me, although i do see where it could be very useful for multiple cutting. so i would say its a tool.

 

Thanks for your reply. it looks like calling it a tool is starting to gain the majority vote.

The new tool coming out, designed and manufactured by Toronto Tool for the woodworker, will be released shortly and is something we are really excited about. It will be sure to interest all woodworkers.
