My week End was absolutely busy in the shop. I got an order for five more trophies ( yeah for me ) and built a new scroll saw table, finished the Miracles Cross ( 2 of 6 in the series ) Designed and built a new scroll saw blade organizer and a shelf to put it on, made 2 coin challenge displays out of some 5/4 poplar I had laying around. Also made a new tenon jig for my table saw. Pics follow.

Well that was my week end for the most part.

Hope you enjoy

God bless and protect our troops that serve so we can be free.

Thanks Wayne.

An amazing amount of work you got accomplished.  I absolutely love your Miracles Cross.  Could use the blade organizer, as I just keep mine in the packages they come in.  I am going to have to read up on the Wounded Warrior Challenge,  Thanks for the reminded.

It it can't be fixed with glue and sawdust - it's not worth fixing.

Little late, but am finishing up a set of five easels for our state fair display.   We'll set them around a seizure vehicle and put up 20x30" posters describing the vehicle and what we do.

Standard tripod design but only 24" tall with general construction consisting of one straight leg, one with a 45* angle, and a brace leg with a compound angle for the floor side and a "handle" sawn into the top to accept the bolt.  Two bolts total and hardware for the easel piece.  Easy assembly and transport.

It's been nice that the weather relented enough to get out in the garage and work on these.  The smell of sawdust is good for the soul.

Wayne, you were one busy woodworker this past weekend. Nice job on all of it. I am really liking the crosses. That jig is great. Looks like you have a very productive day in the shop.

Thanks for sharing with us what you did.

Will that is a neat stand and looks like it would be a good project. I like to show my cutting boards on easels so I may have to try a few they way you have them.
