November 4, 201114 yr Arlin has a new group at our Group Page, it is called Loving Hands Memory Boxes Group. For those who might not know it, Arlin has a very interesting story about how he came about making these beautiful boxes for the parents of still born, SIDS, or miscarriage babies. It is an unfortunate job that Arlin has taken on. And a very sad one. But this is how humans with compassion react when they witness what Arlin did. His story can be read at his group page.I find it very touching and incredible, that a veteran of Arlin's status (WIA) in combat and to the extent he was wounded, both physically and emotionally, and he has chosen to help others out instead of focusing on himself, of which he would have every right to focus on self. You see, Arlin's paid his dues, he owes our nation nothing, he owes nobody nothing, yet he has chosen to go down a path of service to others, even with his own personal obstacles.I hope we can all support Arlin's efforts with his Loving Hands Memory Boxes, if not with monetary actions or helping him build these boxes for the grieving parents, then by just simply joining his group, and letting him know, he is not alone in this, this is something we can all get behind folks. How can supporting an effort like this be controversial or political, it can't. Compassion abounds on this site, I've seen it personally, and it warms my heart, so, I'll see ya over at Loving Hands Memory Boxes Group! John MorrisThe Patriot Woodworker
