Well I got started on my Mountain Banjo. This one will have a wooden top, instead of a skin it loosely based on the ones that is Ernest Franklin and M.L. Worley talked about ion Fox Fire 3. Mine will have an hexagon Pot instead or a round one this time. I have all 8 sides cut and have dry fit them.

Recovery....    Was held overnight at the Hospital Thursday night.     Got out Friday evening, right after supper.    Still trying to sell a few handsaws.   Sold a couple, waiting the last three days for one to be paid for, the rest have been shipped.    Where the H is Versailles, Ind????   Five bucks to ship one saw from my house to this town???

Well I finally got the first of the porch swings finished. I would have taken a picture outside with it hanging under the deck, but it was raining when I finished today so it is just sitting on a table.

ning-img-1767-28616-27.jpg?width=721Also had to just stop this afternoon and clean the shop. Finally got to the point I couldn't find anything and the floor was covered in sawdust. Can't stand it when it gets that way.

The swing looks great !113.gif

I would love to see more photos of it, especially of the underside and how the supports are done. I was just thinking the other day that I might have to make one for our house.
