December 24, 201213 yr I stand corrected! June now wants them for Grand daughters birthday this coming year. This means I have at least 7 more to make!!!! Like you said, this is after the reindeer are bedded down and the elf's are given a few days off before they start on next years presents.I'll have to figure out how to change some of them so I can add hinges to the lid.I'll still scroll saw the hearts for the top.Gene Howe said:Thanks, Harry. Two more? December 25, 201213 yr Author Will I love the cedar cabinet. I am a big fan of cedar and that is just beautiful. Nice contrast. I know the finish will make it pop. I spray a lot of my cedar projects with shellac and then top coat with General Finishes Enduro Var. a great product Please post a picture when you put the finish on. December 25, 201213 yr Author Those are so cool Santa. Someone will be so excited to find those under the tree. Very nice project Harry Brink said: Finished up 2 of the music boxes this morning. One for my wife and the other for a friend. It took a couple of weeks to do. Going from the garage (shop) to the basement where it is warmer for the gluing and finishing. Used BLO and spray lacquer. I have wood and the music movements for 2 more. Harry BrinkBulldog WoodworkingMontana
