Education

One of the many projects we are working on is a wiki for our online community. A wiki is a great way for woodworkers and enthusiasts to share their knowledge to others, and to impart their knowledge for others to learn from, and utilize as well for their own benefit. We hope you'll consider being a wiki contributor.

Research

Do you love researching? Do you like to write about subjects in a factual non-biased style? Do you like leaving your footprint of knowledge behind for others to use? If you do, then you should contribute to The Patriot Woodwiki.
There are tens of thousands of subjects to research and write about. Surely there is a niche that is near and dear to your heart that you would love to write about and share.

Just a few of the subjects being written about already in our wiki are:

  • Notable people, both past and present in the woodworking arts, crafts, and trades.
  • Material Processing, anything that humans use to process the main medium of wood, is being researched and written about on our wiki.
  • Dendrology, the study of trees and how humans use this most valuable resource to our globe.

Closing Remarks

There are many more interesting subjects you can participate in and help our knowledge base of information grow and mature. We hope to see you in our community wiki, and we hope you leave your "research mark" for others in the future to glean from and learn and add too as well.
