Not sure how many pics are allowed, or considered acceptable here so if I add too many let me know. I've done a rough sketch for my first woodcarving project. I'm not expecting perfection, more like how close can I get to my target. I'm going to attempt to carve out a pipe tamper that is similar to one that I currently use. We will see. I have a week of vacation coming up next week and am looking forward to slicing wood and stropping some blades. Here are pics of the start and what I am basing the project on:
