I found this picture. It is faded so bad I didn't think it would print and enlarge like I needed. It has taken two days to prepare the wood up to this size then two more days to do the scroll sawing and right when I was 1/2 through the scroll saw started knocking much worse than I have ever heard. Even when not sawing anything just running every few seconds the whole machine would shake and go clank...then run smooth again. Lucky to have seven 788 machines wrapped in plastic in the back room just sitting and waiting their turn, I guess. The ole saying a group of high school boys could tear up an anvil I still believe for some of the dumbest things I find wrong with some or all of the machines like the thumb knob to tighten the blade has been broken off inside the housing so that has been replaces and a few other things broke of damaged but so far they all run so quite I didn't realized the one I been using was completely worn out? The machine I been using has been burning the wood like the blades were worn out but after I got this one set up I used the same blade to check out the alignment and hey, no burning anymore. Evidently every thing was worn so bad the blade would not run true like it use to. And yes the blade would wiggle and shake as the machine was running.. John like you said, my trouble with not posting pictures is working and it was one of the little ikons up top in the middle where there are three small things I don't think I ever pushed just to see what would happen. I will post a picture of that area later. I didn't count the pieces I turned this picture in to and it took and hour and a half to get it back together before I start grinding through the picture pieces and hopefully it will look better than the picture ever did. I was asking what was this serpents color if one was real and she never realized there is one in this picture.
