...can sometimes yield the most joy and memories plus the happiest of "clients"... ...So the fall of 2019 my youngest grandson (age 5 at the time) and Grandma GrandpaDave52 (age, I plead the 5th) were walking in our far backyard among the pin oaks we planted several years ago. It seems every other year they yield a pretty good crop of acorns which often brings the blue-jays in droves to feed off the ground. My grandson found a project he knew "paps" could fix. So he handed me his project, asking, "paps, will you fix this for me?" Sometimes, you just stop everything to attend to the "clients" needs. It's a gloomy day here and I can't do much anyway so just posting this for fun. Thought I had other pictures but cant's find them. Grandma-GrandpaDave52 retrieved it from his pants pocket before laundry. She has it safely stored away. Thanks for following.
